Glen: The team have to be more consistent. The first half was far too respectful and we just let Chelsea play. The second half was like watching a different team. The energy and pace of the play was excellent and what is needed. Overall, it was a decent match. My only worry is the lack of depth in the squad at the moment.

The night began with a brilliant run from Jadon Sancho to set up Cole Palmer for his 13th goal of the Premier League season. The Blues looked like the better team during the entirety of the first half, but were unable to extend their lead, continuing a trend that's hindered them in recent weeks.
