Meta will be conducting performance-based cuts in 2025 as CEO Mark Zuckerberg tells employees that it will be an "intense year" for the organisation, according to reports. Zuckerberg told employees in an internal memo obtained by CNBC that they are raising the bar on performance management and moving out low performers faster.
