Seven San Antonio police officers were wounded after a shootout with man who was reported to be suicidal late Wednesday night. The suspect has not been identified.

The unidentified suspect shot an officer who first arrived at the scene then proceeded to shoot six more officers more, the San Antonio Police Department said.

Seven San Antonio, Texas police officers were shot by a barricaded suspect, the city's police chief said. The suspect was found dead from a gunshot wound.
