A federal judge in New York has sided with Houston attorney Tony Buzbee in his case against Jay-Z, finding the rapper's attorney engaged in "ad hominem" and "inflammatory" attacks against Buzbee. Jay-Z is not taking the attacks and accusations lying down. The Hip Hop mogul has taken legal action against attorney Tony Buzbee, accusing him of defamation and extortion in response to a recent sexual assault allegation.

The Houston attorney, a flamboyant personality in his own right, has become a key player in the A-list hip-hop scandal.

Jay Z just turned up the heat on his arch-nemesis, Houston Lawyer Tony Buzbee. Yesterday, one of the married lawyer’s side pieces sued him, alleging assault and infecting her with an STD. Buzbee, 55, is married to Frances Moody, 31, just three years ago. The two dated since 2019.

Tony Buzbee just received a small victory in court, according to reporter, Meghann Cuniff. As we previously reported, Jay-Z’s legal team filed paperwork earlier this month for the plaintiff to reveal her identity.
