Here’s what’s new at Disneyland this holiday season, from Santa appearances and a Chip and Dale ornament trail to a new Sleeping Beauty lounge and Bayou barbecue fare.

The Gray Stuff inspired by “Beauty and the Beast” has become one of the most successful desserts ever at Disneyland. This holiday version of the tasty treat tweaks the mousse flavoring and cookie base. Filled with salted caramel buttercream, chocolate ganache and brownie pieces.

Plenty of holiday favorites will be back at Disneyland and DCA during the Christmas season. Holiday decor will fill the resort with a 60-foot-tall Christmas tree on Main Street U.S.A., massive gingerbread houses at all three Disney hotels and seasonal decor throughout the parks and Downtown Disney.

Disney California Adventure will add a pair of holiday shows themed to Coco and Encanto to a returning Christmas entertainment lineup at the Disneyland resort that includes a parade, fireworks, nighttime spectacular and live music.
