Canned goods, supply donations will be taken for Ashland County Food Bank
In keeping with the spirit of gratitude and giving, attendees are encouraged to take canned food or other supplies to support the Ashland County Food Bank. Donations will help provide for those in need throughout the holiday season. The community is welcome to attend.
Cargill donates $250,000, turkeys to Kansas Food Bank
Those with Cargill were on hand Wednesday to donate 40,000 pounds worth of turkeys and $250,000 to the food bank. Kansas Food Bank said the donations will go a long way to help those struggling to afford food for the holidays. The Kansas Food Bank supplies food to 85 Kansas counties.
