The overall coldest temperature recorded at West Palm Beach's Palm Beach International Airport in January was 26 degrees in 1905.

The polar vortex approaching Florida Jan. 11-12 could harm northern citrus groves. Even southern groves could "flirt" with damaging temperatures.

The rest of the week is pretty quiet with another cold front arriving Friday. This will knock our high temperatures down into the mid to upper 60s on Saturday and upper 60s to low 70s on Sunday.

The National Weather Service forecast shows that two cold fronts are set to hit Florida at the beginning of this month.

Everything has to line up just right, and it's still really far for long-range forecasts, but there is a chance some areas could see snow this month.
