Gov. Josh Shapiro is heading to York County after a police incident in Spring Grove prompted multiple schools to shelter in place.

Spring Grove schools also previously issued a shelter-in-place order in connection to the incident. The order is no longer in place.

NORTH CODORUS TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WHTM) – Two people are in “serious condition” at WellSpan York Hospital after a police incident in North Codorus Township, York County, on Wednesday afternoon, according to a hospital official.
