Two Rhode Island residents were charged after allegedly selling forged Jason Kelce-signed memorabilia. Police said LeeAnn Branco, 43, and Joseph Parenti, 39, are facing several charges, including forgery, theft and deceptive business practices. Pennsylvania police said the memorabilia was valued at approximately $200,000.

Officials say Roger Williams Medical Center and Our Lady of Fatima Hospital are operating, but the state’s health care system does not have the capacity to absorb their patients if they were forced to close.

In an initial filing seeking Chapter 11 protections, Prospect Medical Holdings, which owns facilities in California, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Connecticut, listed debts of more than $400 million.
