Detroit Lions rookie cornerback Terrion Arnold is questionable to return with a knee injury he suffered on the first Arizona Cardinals drive.

The Cardinals are coming off a 41-10 rout of the Los Angeles Rams last week, where Kyler Murray finished with 266 passing yards and three touchdowns. Containing Murray and rookie receiver Marvin Harrison Jr., who had 130 receiving yards and two touchdowns on four catches in that same game, will be a challenge for the Lions defense.
