An 18-year-old from Bihar, tried to achieve his goal of becoming an "IPS officer" by not taking any exam, instead by paying two lakh rupees.

An 18-year-old teen was arrested in Jamui, Bihar for posing as a fake IPS officer while also flaunting a uniform and a pistol. The teen reportedly paid Rs 2 lakh to a conman who promised to make him an IPS officer.
