(CBS DETROIT) — American rock band Goo Goo Dolls are returning to Metro Detroit in 2025 for their "Summer Anthem Tour." The duo will be joined by Dashboard Confessional for a performance at Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre in Sterling Heights on Saturday, Aug. 16, 2025, at 7:30 p.m.

The Goo Goo Dolls are teaming up with Dashboard Confessional for the Summer Anthems Tour 2025 that will stop at Blossom Music Center in August.

The Goo Goo Dolls are coming back to Northeast Ohio next summer as the band brings their “Summer Anthem Tour 2025” to Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls on Tuesday, Aug. 12 with special guest Dashboard Confessional.

Add Goo Goo Dolls to the list. The Grammy-winning band behind '90s hits like "Iris" and "Black Balloon" is bringing its sweeping "Summer Anthem Tour" to Minnesota next year, it announced on Friday. Johnny Rzeznik and co., along with Dashboard Confessional, will bring the tour to The Ledge Amphitheater in Waite Park on Aug. 18.
